True role models are people who possess the qualities we would like to have.  These are people we see on a daily basis.  They are people
True Role Models
Often we do not recognize true role models.  Most of the stars that we see
She patiently waits for the other two children to arrive. While waiting she prepares snacks for the children.  After all the children are home,  she starts her routine of helping them with their homework.  After helping the oldest,  she heads to the kitchen to prepare dinner for her family.  There is only one hour before her husband gets home, so she must hurry.  The kids help with laundry while she prepares the meal.  It is now 5:30 and dad has arrived home after a long day at work.  Although both mom and dad are off the clock, their jobs as parents never stops. Although this scenario does not fit every household, the concept is still the same.  What more could you ask of parents or should I say what more can be asked of true role models?
The very people that work the hardest for us, are the ones we appreciate the least.  The love and support given by parents is priceless.  There is no movie star talented enough to make me forget who my true role model is.

Who is a Role Model?
Have you ever asked yourself who is a role model,  I have.  Everyday we see extraordinary talent that we love to watch,  from sports to
advantage of all the opportunities that they had.  The same opportunities that we have right now.
television to the big screen.  We are fascinated by people achieving goals that they have set for themselves.  My favorites are Tom Brady (NFL quarterback),  Kobe Bryant (NBA player),  Jeff Gordon (NASCAR driver),  Dwayne Johnson (WWE wrestler), and Tom Willing (Actor).  They are just a few that come to mind.  These people often excel above and beyond most people in their professions.  They are often rich and famous.  While the qualities that they possess are great,  role models they are not.  They are ordinary people like you and me that took
that affect our lives in ways that cause us to be better people.  True role models are often people that help us achieve our goals by  believing in us.
acknowledge that they would not be where they are today, if it were not for their true role models, their parents.  These are the  very people that we overlook.  Our parents are our biggest fans at our games.  They are our biggest supporters at fund raisers.  They are our motivators that encourage us through challenging times in our lives.  They clothe and feed us, while at the same time protecting us from harm
Imagine dad getting up at 4:00 a.m. to prepare himself for a 12 hour work day.  Mom starts her day at 5:00 a.m. after dad leaves for the day.  She has to start by getting the youngest of her three kids ready
for school.  After ironing all the clothes,  combing hair and cooking,  the children are ready for school.  When the kids are safely on the school bus, mom takes time to prepare herself for her job.  At 2:15 mom makes it home just in for the bus to drop off her youngest child. The kids help with laundry
while she prepares the meal.  It is now 5:30 and dad has arrived home after a long day at work.  Although both mom and dad are off the clock, their jobs as parents never stops. Although this scenario does not fit every household, the concept is still the same.  What more could you ask of parents or should I say what more can be asked of true role models?
